BANG COOKIES “GRAND‑OPENING SWEEPSTAKES” OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. BangMe Bakery  LLC, 25 CORBIN AVE SUITE 5, JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY 07306 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., 18 years of age or older as of May 4 2025. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate families/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period. Begins 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 4 2025 and ends 4:00 p.m. ET on May 4 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter. Limit **one (1) free entry** and **one (1) purchase entry** per person, maximum two (2) entries total:  
   a. **Free Social Entry:** During the Promotion Period, like and comment on Sponsor’s official Instagram post announcing the Sweepstakes. One social entry per person.  
   b. **Free Email‑Form Entry:** During the Promotion Period, complete the digital entry form (name, email) available at the Bang Cookies City Point counter. One email‑form entry per person.  
   c. **Purchase Entry:** During the Promotion Period, make a single in‑store purchase of $29.99 or more (before tax) at Bang Cookies City Point, Brooklyn, NY, and provide first/last name at checkout. One purchase entry per person.

5. Entry Limits. **Maximum two (2) entries per person** (one free entry by either method + one purchase entry). Multiple purchases do not yield additional entries. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who submits entries in excess of these limits or uses automated means.

6. Prizes (3 total, ARV $997).  
   • One (1) PlayStation 5 console (ARV $499).  
   • Two (2) Nintendo Switch OLED consoles (ARV $249 each).  
   Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification. On or about May 5 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. Potential winners will be contacted via the email address or Instagram handle provided and must respond within 48 hours. If a potential winner is ineligible or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Verification & Taxes. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W‑9 (if prize value ≥ $600). Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

9. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to: (i) comply with these Rules; (ii) release Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Sony, and Nintendo from all liability; and (iii) allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for publicity without compensation where legal. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

10. Privacy. Personal information collected is used only to administer the Sweepstakes and, if the entrant expressly opts in, to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Opt‑out at any time.

11. Winner List. For the winners’ first name, last initial, and state, mail a self‑addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above, Attn: Grand‑Opening Sweepstakes, by July 5 2025.
