How can I get my order?
Bang Cookies offers shipping by mail with FedEx or UPS, local delivery with our drivers within the vicinity of our physical store locations, or order pick up directly from our stores.
Where do you ship by mail?
Bang Cookies offers shipping within the United States with FedEx or UPS. International shipping with DHL is available.
When will my order be shipped by mail?
We ship our cookie gift boxes with FedEx or UPS, Mondays through Thursdays.
The cut-off time for shipping the same week is Thursday, 3PM EST.
Any orders placed past 3PM EST on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with UPS, FedEx 2-3Day Express and FedEx Standard Overnight will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST on Thursday with FedEx Home Delivery 1-2 Days ETA are baked and shipped on Thursday. Orders placed past 3 PM EST are baked and shipped the following shipping day which is Monday.
Shipping with FedEx Overnight|Saturday delivery is possible on Friday for orders placed on Friday before 3PM EST.
How quickly can you ship my order by mail?
Orders placed before 3PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Your order will be baked and shipped the same day.
Orders placed past 3PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Your order will be baked and shipped the next day - Tuesday if you ordered on Monday, Wednesday if you ordered on Tuesday, Thursday if you ordered on Wednesday.
Orders placed past 3PM EST on Thursday, or at any time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Orders placed after Thursday 3 PM EST with FedEx 2-3Day Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery 2-3 Days ETA, UPS and FedEx Standard Overnight will be baked and shipped the following shipping day which is Monday.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST on Friday with FedEx Home Delivery 1-2 Days ETA are baked and shipped on Friday. Orders placed past 3 PM EST are baked and shipped the following shipping day which is Monday.
Please note that we do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit over the weekend, to avoid your gift box being stuck in a warehouse facility for two extra days.
What if I want my order to arrive on Saturday?
Standard FedEx Overnight does not offer Saturday delivery. If you need to receive the order on Saturday, you can choose to ship with FedEx Overnight|Saturday Delivery. You need to place the order on Friday before 3PM EST to have it baked and shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be baked and shipped on Monday.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
It is possible to ship your order internationally with DHL Express. International shipping orders will be baked and shipped Monday through Wednesday, 3PM EST.
All orders placed after 3PM EST on Wednesday, as well as on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday.
Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery with our drivers in the vicinity of our physical store locations.
You can also pick up your order from the store.
You will be able to select eligible delivery option during checkout.
When do you deliver?
Local same day delivery next to our physical store locations is available Monday through Sunday, 11AM - 11:00 PM EST. The last time slot for same day local delivery is 11:00 PM EST, and can be booked on any orders placed before 9:59 PM EST.
How many cookies should I purchase to receive my shipment?
The minimum order size for shipping by mail is 4 cookies or brownies.
The minimum order size for local delivery is $15.
There is no minimum order size for in-store pick up.
