Best Comfort Cookie

I’ve tried almost all the Bang cookies and this one is my favorite by a large margin. Granted I’m very partial to snickerdoodles, but the softness and gooeyness of the cookie merging with the filling was like becoming one with the divine as a gastronomical spiritual experience. I’m usually not a fan of dulce de leche but it works. The only improvement would be to tone done the sweetness a little and maybe experiment with a different snickerdoodle type cookie with a different filling. I’d love to see a cardamom spiced cookie with a pistachio and rosewater filling.

This cookie is one of the best I've ever tasted! I gifted Bang Cookies to a few people and all of them had something to say about the SnickerChurro. They couldn't believe how delicious this cookie was. It has a rich cinnamon sugar flavor. Hard to explain. Just get it!

I love Bang cookies and had high hopes for this cookie but was a little disappointed. The churro taste of the outside of the cookie was good but the inside of the cookie was meh. It tasted mushy and under baked. Probably won't be getting this one again.
